Administrator services do not replace medical, nursing, legal, accounting, architectural, or regulatory advice. The administrator's authority and duties must remain within the facility's licensed classification, approved service scope, governing contract, and applicable law. Any representation that an individual or organization is "licensed" should be made only after confirming the specific credential, issuing authority, facility category, and current license status.
