Availability rules

  • Standard requests are scheduled with at least 48 hours of lead time.
  • Urgent, same-day and next-day requests are reviewed case by case and confirmed by phone.
  • Hourly visits have a 4-hour minimum; overnight coverage has an 8-hour minimum.
  • Weekend-only coverage requires at least 8 hours per week.
  • Evening windows have limited availability and may be offered as an alternate.
  • All dates and time windows are preferences. A coordinator confirms final caregiver availability before care begins.
